Click START button then Click RUN
* Type regedit and press ENTER
* Goto “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager\Test”
* Create a DWORD registry value named “Plural” (without quotations) by right clicking the right hand side window.
* Double click the new DWORD entry and set the value to 1
* It's Done ! Now, you can get online with multiple yahoo ids at the same time.

This is really a gud way to run two accounts at a time...ist possible without any software,tushar???
This method is the one to run yahoo messenger without any software...
If you want to run yahoo messenger using a softare u'll have to dwnld a software called 'Yahoo! Multi Messenger'...(can check out yahoo/softpedia for it)..using dat software you can run multiple instances of Yahoo! Messenger at a time..
Well...there is one more way to do it... www35.meebo.com offers you to access your yahoo messenger without having any version installed on your system...you can open more than 1 window of this site at a time...& u r done...
u dont have 2 install a single software..or go through the registry of your system...
okk...but which of the followin methods would u find the best way to proceed !!!!!!!

If you are a regular user of more than one yahoo id the best method is to either install the 'Yahoo! Multi Messenger' or the registry tweak...
well, the third one..i.e. the one using 'www.meebo.com' is very useful when u are on a shared computer (like on a cyber cafe, friend's place, etc..) where u dont have the software installed..or the registry configured. Actualy, here this trick works out to b gr8!!
so that actually depends on from where you are accessing your id...
